C&T Clean Team is a family owned cleaning service in Bloomington, Indiana. We started this company with a mission to efficiently transform homes and businesses by building trust with our clients through quality, customized cleaning at an affordable price.
We know it can be difficult to trust someone to come into your personal space. That’s why we hold all of our cleaners to a higher standard. Our Clean Team operates with three core values to ensure that we stay on track:

Many of our team members are college students working to help with their expenses of obtaining a higher education. Others are stay-at-home parents with school aged children who want the convenience of a flexible schedule.

What We Look For in a Clean Team Member
Our Clean Team has won the Angie’s List Super Service Award three years in a row! We look for cleaners who are reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and detail oriented. You must have a reliable and insured vehicle. You will be required to download a time tracking app on your phone. You must submit to and pass a criminal background check.
Compensation
Our pay range is $14-15/hour with the possibility of receiving tips from some clients. There is a possibility for advancement to Team Lead.
Getting Paid
One of the great benefits of working at C&T Clean Team is that your paycheck will be directly deposited weekly on Fridays!
